FOR SOLDERING

AMCO 64
[info] [SDS]

Chloride-free, high-viscosity organic based flux compound for low-temperature, 350-550 degree F (177-288 C) aluminum soldering. Preferred solders are:
63Pb/34Sn/3Zn
91Sn/9Zn
50Sn/50Pb (although not preferred, will perform satisfactorily)
AMCO 2213
[info] [SDS]
A liquid, low-viscosity liquid flux for low temperature soldering of aluminum to most ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Residue is removed with hot water. Lower in viscosity than AMCO 64.

AMCO 66A
[info] [SDS]

Reaction-type flux recommended for high temperature (720-800 F) (382-427 C) aluminum soldering where the soldering alloy is pre-placed at the joint. Used in air-conditioning condensers and the auto industry. Best with 95Zn /5Al, 98Zn /2Al, and pure zinc solders. Shelf life is six months in unopened bag stored at room temperature.
AMCO 69
[info] [SDS]
Chlorine-free organic flux for soft soldering of aluminum. Used to bond aluminum to itself or to copper wire or cable.

FOR BRAZING

AMCO 33 Fine
[info] [SDS]
High-activity flux for oxyacetylene or oxyhydrogen torch brazing with pure aluminum-silicon filler alloys. Conforms to AMS 3412A and AWS Class FB1-A
AMCO 105
[info] [SDS]
Low-staining furnace brazing flux with high-activity. Usable on all types of brazeable aluminum alloys. Conforms to AWS Class FB1-B
AMCO 4015 White
[info] [SDS]
Brazing flux for aluminum and alloys above 1050 degrees F. Also available in Blue and Green.

FOR DIP BRAZING

AMCO 341
[info] [SDS]
All-purpose dip brazing flux suited for all brazeable aluminum alloys. This product has coarser particles, which permits additions to the dip pot with less dusting. Conforms to AMS 3416 and AWS CLASS FB1-C

FOR WELDING

AMCO 22
[insfo] [SDS]
High-activity flux for gas welding aluminum assemblies. This powder is used with pure aluminum filler like 1100 and the aluminum-silicon alloy fillers such as 4043 and 4047. It provides a uniform, continuous bead and is considered the benchmark industry flux for the welding of aluminum. Conforms to AMS 3414A
